Ran across this the other day -- this would be a really cool system to have available.
Their goal is to take typical T-Slot framing systems, commonly used for industrial prototyping (look up 80/20 or Bosch Extrusion if you haven't seen it before) and scale it down to something usable for robots and small projects.
The final standard would be open so anyone could make compatible parts as well.
