Sept 20th is the first of 6 workshops being put on by Charger IEEE for the 2008/09 academic year. This workshop series is being sponsored for those members who would like to participate in the many fun and exciting electronics projects in which Charger IEEE participates, but who feel as though they have insufficient knowledge or experience to contribute.
After going through this workshop series, participants should be familiar with the Atmel ATMega16 microcontroller, know how to control the speed and direction of DC servo motors, be familiar with commonly used robotics sensors such as IR rangefinders, line sensors, and sonars, and have enough experience in a lab environment that will enable them to meaningfully contribute to a robotics team. _________________ We're going to need more wood! |
