The Huntsville chapter of the IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Society invites you to attend a technical meeting on 9/15/2011. The program will begin at 5:30 pm with Gary Ziadeh, Amplifier Research  sponsoring a free catered meal. Charles Bunting’s  presentation will begin at approximately 6:20 pm after some short chapter status updates.

Synopsis:

This talk provides an overview to many of the commonly used numerical EMC modeling techniques.  It is intended to provide EMC engineers who are interested in learning the basics of these modeling techniques a fundamental understanding of all the different techniques, with plenty of applications to EMC problems..

The meeting will be held at ADTRAN in the East Tower Conference Center Room 273. The directions are included on page 2 (follow the BLUE line on the map).

The meal and presentations are open to anyone interested in EMC: IEEE membership is not required to attend.

Seating is limited to the first 100 who reply, so you must RSVP to Brian Smith at Brian.Smith42@us.army.mil as soon as you can, but no later than close of business 9/12/2011. Please RSVP with your intent to attend and if you will be joining us for the meal.  Each RSVP will receive a confirmation email.
